Ty leads classes and workshops in Kundalini Yoga, Accessible Yoga, Yoga for Parkinsons, Yoga for COPD, Mindful Tai Chi for Beginners, Tai Chi Shibashi, Mindfulness, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Self-Hypnosis, and Mindful Stress Reduction.
