This class will challenge you to rise to the next level with your workouts. Stacy combines the most popular and effective moves to create an exciting next-level class. Each class is a full-body workout designed to challenge and invigorate your body. You’ll be empowered to push to the next level, with modification instructions provided.

Designed for All Levels, but participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.

Equipment needed: a chair for optional modifications, various weight dumbbells, mat for floor work. Optional equipment may be introduced such as resistance bands and large and small fitness balls.

The Jane Fonda-style aerobics of the 1980s was the perfect transition from cheerleading and became a springboard for a career in fitness. Stacy achieved Gold Certification from IDEA (the International Dance Exercise Association) in 1985 in the first round of certification exam ever offered, and was also certified through AFAA (the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) in 1987. By 1990, she owned a small fitness center in Bowie, Maryland, employing 12 instructors. Through the 1990s, Stacy taught corporate fitness classes at various locations throughout the Baltimore Washington, DC area.\r\n\r\nStacy earned her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Notre Dame and her teaching credentials in Science Education at St Mary's College. Later, a master's degree in education with concentration in Counseling Psychology and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education for School Administration and supervision followed. Stacy retired from a long career in education in 2006 and moved back to her hometown to care for her parents. Since then, she has worked in various fields of counseling from family-based therapy, a long-term care facility for adults with schizophrenia, and substance abuse treatment, as well as maintaining a small private counseling practice. At present, she manages a small chiropractic office and continues to see a small caseload of counseling clients.\r\n\r\nStacy has two grown children and three grandchildren, and enjoys spending time at the beach and outdoors in the garden. She also engages in numerous art and craft projects, which are rarely finished and has recently taken up photography. Stacy enjoys reading and sending time playing and cuddling with her white Boxer, Karma.\r\n\r\nFitness has always been an important component in Stacy’s life, as is cheerleading.
